CHALLENGE
As the Heaps Estrin Real Estate Team continued to grow at a fast rate, they hired LuxStory to create social media and digital content, as well as manage all social platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram. We created a monthly content calendar equipped with social media occasions, imagery to be used, caption, and hashtags for easy approvals. We then populated the content calendar using available data, leaving placeholders where applicable. We also made ourselves available to all open houses and would provide followers with laid-back home tours. We also produced monthly blog posts that covered thought-leadership style posts, as well as real estate tips and tricks. Our overall strategy was to boost engagement and brand awareness by creating modern and eye-catching templates, as well as engaging with the community both IRL and online.
OUTCOME
Over 1-year of creating content and managing the brand’s social media platforms, the company saw immense growth across all platforms, specifically on Instagram which was the brand’s main focus.
The brand’s Instagram following grew by 935%, with impressions growing by 245%. As Heaps Estrin’s main goal was to increase engagement, we increased the frequency and effectiveness of ‘Stories’ to showcase the behind-the-scenes elements of the business. We saw huge success with this strategy, with a 100% increase in those who interacted with Stories.
Creating inspirational content that focused on design elements also helped to boost ‘Saved’ posts by 290%. On Facebook, posts with links attached increased by 292%, and on Twitter by 102%.
