Empire Communities is a quality homebuilding company with experience in building and designing communities across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA. Empire Communities builds homes for a wide range of audiences and educates their clients on how to achieve well designed spaces.
Empire Communities launched a 13-week campaign and commissioned LuxStory Media to produce an eight-episode Love Design, Live Empire video series along with five style guide videos, a teaser episode, and an additional bonus video. In partnership with HGTV design expert and celebrity, Andrew Pike, the video series explored five new model homes. It was distributed across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and the campaign website (hyperlink). The focus of the video series was to create an awareness of the Empire brand, educate viewers on design and décor, capture qualified leads, and elevate the number of digital platform subscribers, viewers, and followers.
By distributing the Love Design, Live Empire series across many platforms, Empire Communities content had a unique perspective and appealed to current Empire homeowners, potential new homebuyers, and interior design and décor enthusiasts. The campaign achieved beyond its goals and garnered over 70K video views, 22k website visits, 1.9k new subscribers, and 3.65M digital ad impressions over a 13-week period. The first season not only elevated the brand of Empire and collected nearly 2000 new leads, but the series proved so successful that LuxStory Media is confirmed to produce a second season with Empire Communities.
